CLIMB MOUNT TOCLLARAJU(5830 m)
MOunt Tocllaraju is a mountain that belongs to the massif of Chinchey, its aesthetics and pyramidal aspect is imposed in the Quebrada de Ishinca, being this a six thousand classic of mountaineering in the Peruvian Andes.
The Nevado Tocllaraju is an excellent challenge for mountaineers looking for the experience of climbing their first six thousand in the Cordillera Blanca, however reaching its summit is not easy because you must overcome wide and deep crevasses, the dense fog that sometimes rests on the mountain, the strong wind that hits during the ascent to the northwest ridge and the challenge of the final climb through the somital fungus.
